108 SUN SALUTES

SALUTING SPRING!
108
SUN SALUTES

Yes: 108 all in a row!

This is challenging, but not as difficult as it may sound. We’ll flow through just the “A” salutes, without holding in downward dog.  You’ll come away feeling sunnier: lighter, brighter, and glowing on the inside.

This is a donation class, led by Eva. All donations will go to the Sister Aubert Compassion Centre (www.soupkitchen.org.nz) to support homeless people.

Suggested Contribution $6
