We start our workshop with a little yin-yang theory, to get us in the flow and then we’re straight into…

PRACTICE
Yoga practice, that is. During the rest of our workshop, we alternate between movement and learning yin-yang principles. We use our minds and our bodies to put theory into practice.

AFTERNOON TEA
After all that learning and flowing, revitalise with delicious vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free treats hand made with aroha, by Olivia and Guadalupe.
