I’m away, teaching Yoga in Rishikesh in North India from 11th to 27th September. Te Aro Astanga Yoga is OPEN for Self-practice in the mornings (normal hours, 6 — 8 am) and for the Sunday Led classes.
Please do come in and practice, but respect that the space is also used by others. Leave the room tidy, the mats stacked away, the lights off and the heaters set to 17°. Thanks to the people who are openeing and closing for me while I’m teaching yoga in Rishikesh. You rock!
