• Open classes
    Are taught Mysore style and are suitable for all levels. If you haven’t attended one of these classes with us before, please talk to the teacher or contact us first.
    Monday – Friday mornings 6:00am – 8:00am 
    *There are no morning Mysore practices on new or full moon days.
    Monday – Thursday evenings 5:00pm – 7:30pm
  • Led classes 
    Are talk-through classes with students following in unison. These are fairly strong sessions, so we recommend coming to one of our Open classes before joining a led class, or speak to us first.
    Sunday mornings 10-11:30am
  • Beginner courses
    If you wish to join our community to practice this traditional and beautiful Yoga practice then we offer a 2 week introductory trial for free. All we ask from you is that you come with an open mind and that you commit to attending at least 3 sessions per week, morning or evening or a mix of both.

Timetable Change; Our Morning Mysore classes will go to 3 mornings a week, Mon. Wed. and Fri. from 20th May. The door will be open for self-practice on Tues. and Thurs. mornings. We will be going back to 5 mornings a week from 1st Sept. 2019
