Open classes
Are taught Mysore style and are suitable for all levels. If you haven’t attended one of these classes with us before, please talk to the teacher or contact us first.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings 6:00am – 8:00am 

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday evenings 4:30pm – 7:30pm

  • Led classes
    Are talk-through classes with students following in unison. These are fairly strong sessions, so we recommend coming to one of our Open classes before joining a led class, or speak to us first. Our Led classes are also available via “Zoom”.
  • Thursday evening 5.30-7.00pm
  • Sunday mornings 10-11:30am

  • Beginner courses
    If you wish to join our community to practice this traditional and beautiful Yoga practice then we offer a 2 week introductory trial for free. All we ask from you is that you come with an open mind and that you commit to attending at least 3 sessions per week, morning or evening or a mix of both.
