• Open classes
    Are taught Mysore style and are suitable for all levels. If you haven’t attended one of these classes with us before, please talk to the teacher or contact us first.
    Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 6:00am – 8:00am   

    Monday – Thursday evenings 4:30pm – 7:30pm
  • Led classes 
    Are talk-through classes with students following in unison. These are fairly strong sessions, so we recommend coming to one of our Open classes before joining a led class, or speak to us first.
    Sunday mornings 10-11:30am
  • Beginner courses
    If you wish to join our community to practice this traditional and beautiful Yoga practice then we offer a 2 week introductory trial for free. All we ask from you is that you come with an open mind and that you commit to attending at least 3 sessions per week, morning or evening or a mix of both.

We Re-Open on Thurs. 14th May; Thank you everyone for your ongoing support during the enforced rahui/lockdown of the current pandemic.  That support has come in all sorts of ways and all of it is hugely appreciated. We are opening under our Winter Timetable with Morning sessions on Mon. Wed. & Fri. mornings and evening sessions on Mon. Tues. Wed. & Thurs. Sunday Led class is at 10 a.m. as usual.
