- Open classes
Are taught Mysore style and are suitable for all levels. If you haven’t attended one of these classes with us before, please talk to the teacher or contact us first.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 6:00am – 8:00am
Monday – Thursday evenings 4:30pm – 7:30pm
- Led classes
Are talk-through classes with students following in unison. These are fairly strong sessions, so we recommend coming to one of our Open classes before joining a led class, or speak to us first.
Sunday mornings 10-11:30am
- Beginner courses
If you wish to join our community to practice this traditional and beautiful Yoga practice then we offer a 2 week introductory trial for free. All we ask from you is that you come with an open mind and that you commit to attending at least 3 sessions per week, morning or evening or a mix of both.

Mid Winter Mysore with Peter Sanson; Wed. 22nd — Sun. 26th July
Peter missed his March workshop with us due to the Covid rahui. We are pleased to announce that he will be doing this workshop in July instead. If you are interested in experiencing Traditional “Mysore Style” Ashtanga Yoga, delivered in Peter’s unique, gentle and personal way, then come and join us. Everyone is welcome, from Beginners to Advanced, just come.
Start times: 6 or 6.30 am on Wed. to Fri. and 8 or 8.30 on Sat. and Sun. Please state your preference when you book
