This 2 hour workshop looks at practical principles offered by Ayurveda that can help you transition from winter to spring, with the purpose of enhancing your health and well being in the coming months. We will be focusing on creating a supportive daily routine and the benefits of spring cleansing. No prior knowledge of Ayurveda is needed.Rebecca S

Rebecca is a Registered Nurse who holds a Diploma of Ayurvedic Diet and Lifestyle. She is a long time Ashtanga Yoga practitioner and mother who is passionate about finding ways to enhance her and her families health through the principles of Ayurveda, the sister science of Yoga.

Cost: $20 payable to Rebecca on the day.
